What We Do

We act as the extended arm of foreign purchasers who want to buy a Real Estate Property in Santa Catarina, a state in the south of Brazil.

It is our target to offer the best of Real Estate Properties in Santa Catarina, from apartments and houses, to land, apartment buildings, hotels and smaller businesses. We pick the best houses and apartments for sale amongst a large amount of Real Estate Companies in Santa Catarina.

We operate our business under the company Enexco Ltda.

Our main services are;

• to find Real Estate Properties in Santa Catarina and to promote these in North America and Europe.

• to support our clients in the evaluation, negotiation and closure of the Purchase Contract, and to transfer the ownership title.

• to search the market for Real Estate Property, should our database of properties for sale not meet the requirements of our clients,

• to help our clients with various procedures necessary to purchase a Property, such as the registration of taxpayers number, opening a bank account (if possible), to provide for utilities like phone lines, electricity, internet, etc., and to support on additional activities like purchasing furniture and appliances, obtain drivers license, etc.

• to support customers to refurbish houses and apartments, or to build their own houses, and to arrange for daily maintenance, cleaning, etc.

Our Partners

It is our target to have sales and marketing representatives in all major countries where we are promoting Real Estate Properties.

We are co-operating, on non-exclusive basis, with a number of Real Estate Companies and Realtors in various places in Santa Catarina.

In order to extend our offerings, we are seeking partners in other segments, like travel agencies, architects, construction companies, etc.

We are operating a business with a serious attitude, but we are always trying to be available to help our clients with various issues that always arise after the purchase of a property.

Who We Are

Bo Andersson: Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Executive MBA. Many years experience working in multinational companies. Has lived in 5 different countries. Fluent in Swedish, English and Portuguese.

Guilherme Fabio and Edenilson Martins are assistants that support on computer work and inspections of real estate properties.

Madalena de Freitas: College Graduate with knowledge in Swedish and English language. Madalena helps out occasionally on issues related to Santa Catarina.
