The prices of our properties are given in US dollar, but in case of a purchase the price is normally paid in the local currency Real. Therefore, the prices of our properties are estimations and need to be confirmed prior to the purchase.

The calculation from Brazilian Real to US dollars is made on the day that the apartment or house is added to our site. We normally use the commercial exchange rate between the currencies, plus a small margin against fluctuations on the exchange market, which we apply to the price the seller is asking for.

We maintain the same US dollar prices of our properties on this site, even if changes of the currency exchange rate between the US dollar and the Brazilian real would occur.

Occasionally, the seller is asking for a price increase of the properties we offer. In these cases we may change the price in US dollars, or we may not, depending on our judgment of the value of the property, as well as the situation with the currency exchange rate between dollars and reais at that time. If the price increase is drastic, we may exclude the property from our site.
